FreshTec offered answers for all of your fresh product processing, packaging, transport and storage questions. The participating businesses presented the latest innovations in areas such as logistics efficiency, fresh quality optimisation, packaging, cooling technology and hygiene.

A number of thematic pavilions were created on the convention floor. The pavilions, organised in co-operation with InVersNed, NVC, Frug I Com, AIM and GS1, presented themes such as 'The Fresh Product Chain of the Future' and 'The Fresh Shop of the Future'.
